Order processing and shipping

We receive orders every day. Products in stock are shipped within 48 hours. We will send you an email to notify you that your bike order is being delivered.

Delivery of your bike

You receive your electric bike.

1: Check the box with the carrier, if it is damaged, notify it on the delivery note or refuse delivery

2: Unpack your bike carefully.

3: You still have to assemble the last elements. You will find all the advice in the assembly help below.
