It applies in particular to the use of the Unikride website, your purchases, contact or after-sales service requests, test ride booking requests, as well as forms made available by UNIK RIDE on third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

• your chosen appointment time slot;
• any information you voluntarily provide as part of your request.

This information may be collected directly on the Unikride website or through forms offered on third-party platforms, in particular Facebook and Instagram, Meta services.

When you select a test ride location or dealer, the information required to organize the appointment may be shared with the relevant Unikride dealer.

You may also be redirected to Cal.com, or to a calendar associated with the selected dealer, in order to choose a date and time slot.

Newsletter and Marketing Communications

Where permitted by applicable regulations, we may use your email address and/or telephone number to send you information about Unikride, our products, services or offers.

Where your consent is required, these communications will only be sent after your consent has been obtained.

You may withdraw your consent or object to marketing communications at any time.

5. Specific Case of Test Ride Requests

When you complete a form to request a Unikride test ride, the data collected is primarily used to process your request and enable the organization of your test ride.

As part of an instant form offered on Facebook or Instagram, we may ask you for:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your telephone number;
• your preferred test ride location or dealer.

Submitting a test ride request form does not necessarily mean that your appointment has been confirmed.

After submitting the form, you may be invited to select an available date and time with your chosen test ride location, in particular through Cal.com.

Your contact details may be used to contact you where necessary to process or follow up on your test ride request.

A test ride request does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or to marketing communications unrelated to your request.

6. Sharing of Personal Data

UNIK RIDE does not sell your personal data.

However, certain data may be disclosed to individuals and organizations that need it in order to provide our services.

• authorized UNIK RIDE employees;
• the dealer or test ride location you selected;
• our e-commerce platform, including Shopify;

Prospects, Contact Requests and Test Ride Requests

Prospect data used for commercial follow-up may be retained for a maximum period of three years from the date of collection or from the last contact initiated by the prospect.

Simply opening an email is not considered a new contact that would extend this period.

Customers and Orders

Data required to manage the business relationship is retained for the duration of that relationship and, where necessary, archived for the periods required by applicable regulations.

Accounting documents and invoices may in particular be retained for 10 years in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Customer Accounts

Data linked to a customer account is retained for as long as the account is used and for as long as necessary to manage the relationship with the customer.

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be deleted or archived where retention is no longer necessary, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Objection to Direct Marketing

Information strictly necessary to respect an individual’s objection to direct marketing may be retained for at least three years, solely in order to prevent that person from being contacted again.
